*Office Administrator role is part-time.
- Act as a point of contact for the employees
- Ensure wellness of the people working and visiting the office
- Greet guests
- Keep office and conference rooms in order
- Help organizing office events and gatherings
- Order office supplies (coffee, tea, sweets, etc.)
- Prepare required documents or agreements
- Assist HR in various tasks
What we are looking for:
- Great communication skills and positive attitude
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Initiative and proactive approach to tasks
- Aim to solve emerging problems
- Computer literacy
- Good English language skills
- And of course, a smile on a rainy day 😉
We would appreciate if you had:
- Former Administrative or organizational experience
- Interest in HR and people management, as this role could later grow into an HR specialist position
