*Office Administrator role is part-time.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for the employees
  • Ensure wellness of the people working and visiting the office
  • Greet guests
  • Keep office and conference rooms in order
  • Help organizing office events and gatherings
  • Order office supplies (coffee, tea, sweets, etc.)
  • Prepare required documents or agreements
  • Assist HR in various tasks

What we are looking for:

  • Great communication skills and positive attitude
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Initiative and proactive approach to tasks
  • Aim to solve emerging problems
  • Computer literacy
  • Good English language skills
  • And of course, a smile on a rainy day 😉

We would appreciate if you had:

  • Former Administrative or organizational experience
  • Interest in HR and people management, as this role could later grow into an HR specialist position
